FlexiMoto is a Swiss online car dealer. You buy your car entirely online — from choosing the model to signing the contract to delivery anywhere in Switzerland. With the preselected «Premium» package the car arrives having passed the Swiss roadworthiness test (MFK), registered and ready to drive.

FlexiMoto is run by Finsler Customs GmbH in Thayngen (SH). We are entered in the Swiss commercial register (UID: CHE-416.189.052) and are your direct contracting party in Switzerland.

Yes. We sell to private buyers and to business customers alike — SMEs, fiduciaries, car dealerships. The process is the same: choose the vehicle online, sign the contract digitally, have it delivered to the address you want. Business customers can also deduct input VAT; we issue the invoice directly to the company.

FlexiMoto is fully available in German, French, Italian and English. That goes beyond the website: the purchase contract, the invoice and personal support are handled in the language you choose. You can switch language at any time at the top of the site — vehicle descriptions are shown translated automatically.

Choose a vehicle in the marketplace → check the package and the options («Premium» is preselected, «Comfort» and «Basic» are available, plus delivery and financing) → sign the contract digitally → pay the deposit. We take care of the rest: with «Premium» the car arrives registered and ready to drive.

Yes. Every vehicle is documented with a large set of high-resolution photos and full equipment details. On request we arrange a detailed video viewing in which a member of staff shows you the car live on a video call.

Usually 2–4 weeks. We notify you by email at every milestone, and you can follow the status at any time in your customer account.

Yes. On the vehicle page in the marketplace you can request a non-binding trade-in offer. We appraise your car and deduct the amount directly from the purchase price.

Delivery to your address comes with the «Comfort» and «Premium» packages. Until 31.12.2026 it is free: as soon as you enter your postcode, delivery appears in the final price at CHF 0. Once the promotion ends we charge by the distance from Thayngen (SH) again. If you would rather collect the car yourself, choose collection.

We grant no right of return and no right of withdrawal: once the car has been handed over, you cannot give it back. What you do have is cancellation: free of charge within 24 hours of your order reaching us. After handover the statutory liability for defects applies.

As the seller, Finsler Customs GmbH is liable for defects under the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 197 ff. CO); the limitation period is one year from handover. Report obvious defects in writing within seven days and hidden ones as soon as you find them – we then arrange the repair or a replacement. We give no warranty of our own; an extended warranty of 12 to 36 months can be added as an option.

Yes. «Premium» is preselected, so the roadworthiness test (MFK) and the registration in your canton of residence are done: you receive the car, the vehicle registration document and the number plates and can set off right away. If you switch to «Comfort», we deliver the car to your home with customs and taxes settled, and the MFK and the registration are then yours to arrange.

You choose between three packages. «Premium» is preselected: we buy the car, clear customs, pay the duties and VAT, put it through the MFK inspection, register it in your canton and deliver it — you get in and drive off. The price shown is that Premium price. «Comfort» costs less: we still deliver, but the MFK inspection and the registration are yours to arrange. «Basic» means we only handle the import and you collect the car from the dealer.

Price incl. customs, vehicle tax, VAT, the MFK inspection and Swiss registration It is calculated with the preselected «Premium» package: the purchase of the car, customs clearance, the vehicle tax, the CO₂ levy, the import handling, the MFK inspection and the Swiss registration are covered. That is the price with the «Premium» package. «Comfort» costs less – we still deliver the car, but the MFK inspection and the registration are yours to arrange. All prices include Swiss VAT. Delivery to your address is free until 31.12.2026; after that we charge by distance.

We compare every vehicle with current Swiss listings of the same model with a similar first registration, mileage and power output. The green badge shows the difference from the median of those listings. Clicking it opens the price check with all comparison offers, the search filters and a link so you can rerun the search yourself on comparis.ch. The survey date is included — with fewer than 3 comparable listings we show no advantage at all.

On top of the vehicle price come the cantonal motor vehicle tax and your car insurance — both run directly between you, the canton and the insurer. That is the price with the «Premium» package. «Comfort» costs less – we still deliver the car, but the MFK inspection and the registration are yours to arrange. Delivery comes on top as well if you add it. Delivery to your address comes with the «Comfort» and «Premium» packages. You transfer the deposit by bank transfer to our Swiss business account — the payment details reach you right after the contract is signed, including a Swiss QR bill. The balance is due before delivery, or you take out financing or leasing instead through our banking partners (Cembra, BANK-now, MultiLease).

Yes. Directly on the vehicle page in the marketplace you can request financing offers (Cembra, BANK-now, MultiLease) and complete the contract entirely online.

We source the vehicles through our partner network in Germany — which means a wider choice and better prices than the local Swiss market. We handle the import and the customs clearance ourselves, and with the preselected «Premium» package we also take care of the MFK test and the Swiss registration. FlexiMoto is the online offering of Finsler Customs GmbH in Thayngen (SH). You buy the vehicles directly from that company – it is named as the seller in the purchase contract.

Yes, without exception: «Premium» is preselected, and with it every vehicle is checked technically before handover, presented for the Swiss roadworthiness test (MFK) in your canton of residence and registered — you get it ready to drive, with the registration document and the number plates. Only if you deliberately switch to «Comfort» or «Basic» do you take care of that step yourself. That is the price with the «Premium» package. «Comfort» costs less – we still deliver the car, but the MFK inspection and the registration are yours to arrange.

Alongside the statutory liability for defects (1 year) you can optionally add an extended warranty (12–36 months) from a Swiss warranty provider.

Yes. If the model you want is not in the marketplace, get in touch — we look for it specifically in our partner network.

You receive the contract as a PDF to look through, check all the details and sign it digitally. Legally it carries the same weight as a handwritten signature.
